We do not use Agency Staff. All of our staff are fully trained. If required we can provide staff that have full background checks for added security. All staff are routinely monitored via surprise visits from Regional Managers and regular communication.
Looking after them, our staff:
We recognise that a business is only as good as its staff hence we invest in our staffs well being ensuring good rates of pay, consideration of health & safety at all time and full training courses. We run a quarterly news letter (translated into 4 languages) to keep our staff fully informed with all company developments. A biannual awards party is held for all staff at which up to 10 members of staff are awarded in recognition for their efforts. |
